Welcome to SmartTest1. By using our website (https://smarttest1.com) and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Services

SmartTest1 provides AI-generated test cases through a subscription-based model. The services are provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.

  1. User Accounts & Data Collection
  • To access our services, you must create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • We only collect and use your name and email address for account management and subscription purposes.
  • We do not access, use, or store any other data, including test cases you generate, private project data, or confidential information. All test case data is processed in real-time and not retained.
  1. Subscriptions & Payments
  • We offer two subscription plans:
    • Monthly: $12 per month
    • Yearly: $130 per year
  • Payments are securely processed through Paddle.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time on a subscription.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
  1. Cancellations
  • You can cancel your subscription through your SmartTest1 account or by contacting us at support@smarttest1.com.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you will have access until the current billing cycle ends.
  1. Privacy & Data Usage
  • What data does SmartTest1 collect?
    • We only collect your name and email address for authentication and subscription purposes.
    • Payment details are handled by Paddle and not stored by us.
  • What data does SmartTest1 NOT collect or store?
    • We do not store or use any test cases you generate.
    • We do not access private project data or any confidential information you provide when using our services.
  • How is your data protected?
    • We follow industry best practices to protect your personal information.
    • Your name and email are used only for authentication, support, and service-related notifications.
  1. Acceptable Use

By using SmartTest1, you agree:
✔ Not to misuse the AI-generated content for illegal activities.
✔ Not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service.
✔ Not to share or resell your account or generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

  1. Limitation of Liability

SmartTest1 is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service.

9 AI Usage Limits and Token Allocation

9.1 Monthly Token Limits

Each user is allocated a fixed number of tokens per month for AI-generated test case creation and automation assistance. Tokens are calculated based on input (user requests) and output (AI responses). The monthly limits are as follows:

  • Automated test case code generator
    • 5 million input tokens
    • 5 million output tokens
  • Manual test case generator
    • 20 million input tokens
    • 20 million output tokens
    • Once the user reaches this limit, AI-powered features will be disabled until the next billing cycle.

9.2 Exceeding Token Limits

If a user exhausts their monthly token limit, they will receive a notification that AI-generated test cases are unavailable until the next billing cycle. The remaining days until reset will also be displayed.

9.3 No Token Rollover

Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle resets token usage to the default allocation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website announcements.
